Default Wednesday's "peaceful" food journal

Good morning! I really feel at peace today, can't explain it, but I do. I have to say I really enjoy these part time hours at work. Two 12 hour shifts a week. Everything is caught up at home and my children are happy I'm here more. So what are everyone's plans for today? I'm going to do another Power 90 cardio work-out this morning. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a great day! Jeannie

Jeannie, my daughter put herself through college doing two 12 hour shifts on the weekend at a local factory. My dentist asked her what she was making per hour and when she told him he asked, "Why are you going to college?" When you go to work the day is shot anyway. Might as well just get it out of the way and enjoy the rest of the week.

Diet is working great--as I said it is just a guideline.

Coffee and milk
peaches and cream instant oatmeal with 1/2 cup milk
banana--it was on the list today

Fifteen minutes to get ready. I may be back later today, but we will be on the road again tomorrow. Dh is doing extra work in the Raleigh area tomorrow. At 11 tonight he will have his normal 40 hour week behind him. We will get up at 5:45 in the morning and he will go to the store he will be working in and I will go play with my granddaughter. I will be delivering the 3 outfits I bought for her. Grandmas like to do that.

now if I had made it down to NC this month NCN, we could have gotten together in Raleigh. Yes, grandmas are great for a wardrobe. My daughter will admit to that.
