Good morning! So, here I am trying to get back on track with eating heathy. Thankfully, I've kept up with my work-out routine but really haven't been following a healthy diet. I am going to make a big effort today to do so. One day at a time as they say. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Teasmileyf-1.gif (broken link)...have a fab Tuesday everyone! Jeannie

Morning everyone.

Raisin Bran w/banana and skim milk, coffee.
Lunch-low fat peach yogurt w/some Grape Nuts mixed in.
Dinner-boneless chicken dipped in egg, rolled in crushed onion rings and baked, salad.
Snax-plum and nectarine.

Don't have a scale-hate them-but I can feel a difference already.

Lunch was 3 oz. of sliced ham and slaw and good ole coffee and milk
bag of pretzels-3 pointer
a few spice drops--shouldn't done that, it was a weak moment
Dinner was unusual. After the spice drops, I wasn't really hungry and wanted some tomato soup. We didn't have any tomato soup, so I had a brainstorm. I have cans of Del Monte stewed tomatoes with onions, celery and green peppers. I pureed them in the blender and heated them up just like soup. Had to add a little sugar (very little) because they had a sharpe taste. The sugar fixed that. Very delicious and healthy meal. Add coffee and milk and a couple bites of turkey slices and a couple bites of beef slices when I was putting them up from where dh made a sandwish and I am finished for the day.

I will probably have some fruit later in the evening.

Izzy, I hope you people in California get some relief soon. Our ozone is a little up today. That always affects me in a negative way. I am inside today with the air filter on.
