Jeannie for many years I did just that-started with one night and then to two (Fri and Sat). That discipline stopped but I am going to do it again-it worked for me.

Yes, I like the idea too. I need something to look forward to after 6 days of being good.

When I first started that I didn't go overboard-just nice dinners out. As time went on for maintenance the 2 days worked. Whatever I gained on a weekend I'd lose during the week. At least it gives you something to look forward to.

I needed motivation this time-badly-and son's wedding was it.

I just got back from water aerobics and I am exhausted. Dh and I have fun discussing our class. One lady mentioned today that we were making waves.
lunch was about 14 vanilla wafers and peanut butter and coffee and milk
Dinner was 93% ground beef patty, bun, onion slice, lettuce, tomato slice
coffee and milk
cantalope--several slices

I see you all have been very good and busy too!

It was a quite good day for me, too.

As I had a bad food day on Wednesday I tried to eat healthy and less on Thursday. So no breakfast.
Lunch was a small dish pasta with goulash (made without meat but with sausages).

In the evening I had a baguette with tomatoe and mozzarella cheese baked in the oven.

DS is feeling better and also sleeping better so the nights are being more relaxing for me either...
