Good morning! As the first weekend in July wraps up, off to work and then home until Thursday. So, what are everyone's plans for today? Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a wonderful Sunday! Jeannie

Morning!!!!!!!!!!

This morning was raisin bran,banana, cinnamon,1% milk,coffee.
Lunch will probably be low fat yogurt/fruit.
Dinner-maybe pepper/onion/eggs subs.

Lacey, does that lunch hold you until dinner? I don't think a yogurt would hold me.

Jeannie-yes it usually does. I buy the large tubs of yogurt and use about 1 cup and w/fresh fruit and some grape nuts it's worked. If I get hungry tho I grab a can of low sodium V8.

Jeannie-I'm trying. When we left NJ for here I ate out of depression,etc. I didn't do myself any favors and now feel so much better even tho I have a ways to go.

Nice to have a 4 day vacation Jeannie!
Love to see you Lacey in those wedding pictures!
I cut up watermelons,honedew,and have al types of fruit,that is great for vitamins and losing some weight.

Having coffee,boiled eggs and some fruit for breakfast

I'll think of something for the rest of the day

yes Izzy. 3 days off is nice. A 2, 12 hour work week is very doable.
