Hi everyone! A foggy morning here in NJ with hopefully some sun this afternoon. Yeterday I accomplished some of the laundry but need to finish up today. I'm loving this slow summer pace. A Kathy Smith upper body work-out this morning for me. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk... ...hope everyone has a peaceful Tuesday. Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie.

Weather is pretty strange over here. Lots of sunshine mixed with sudden rain showers and grey skies. The rain is good for the garden and I'm glad it's not so hot any more. It's enough when the weekends are hot

I was pretty good with the ironing yesterday and got everything done.

DS had a pretty bad night and woke me every 2-3 hours. And he passed his sneezing and sore throat on to me. Hopefully it won't get any worse b/c tonight I have my step aerobic class and I don't want to miss it.

Well, I'm really not in the mood for exercises but I need to do something.

w/w bun with cream cheese, a slice of turkey breast and a slice of cheese (9:15)
4,5 ounces vanilla pudding (9:45)

Lunch will be spaghetti with low fat tomatoe sauce with lotsa onions, garlic and herbs and a chicken breats baked in the oven with tomatoes and cheese. I guess that's my favourite dish b/c I have it every 2-3 weeks for two days

Have a great and sunny day all.

Good morning, are we grilling something in the morning

You all make great dinners, I'd love to visit all of you, Even going to see Diana would be wonderful.

Right now it's cloudy and breezy which won't be this way after 10. I willl have a great time at the golf course, and will tell you all about it.
I might be there at night for the closing dinner ceremony depending on who will be there to help for the raffles,it's close by my mom's house,I may go there for a shower.

talk tomorrow!
