Good morning! Anyone have any suggestions on how to not wake up at 3:00 a.m. every day? I wanted to do the food journal in case I was luckily enough to get more sleep. So, the weekend is now here and what are everyone's plans for today? Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk... ...have a fabulous Saturday! Jeannie

5 o'clock for me is like 3 for you. Maybe when the house is sold and you are settled into your new home in North Carolina and your children are in their new schools and you and your husband are working here or maybe when we don't have a full moon. Won't tell you what is going on here, but it is always something.

My neice just e-mailed me that she and my brother-in-law have been a year without my sister. I think that is in the back of my mind too. I guess every family has a member that manages everybody. It is hard to lose that person.

coffee and milk
2 eggo waffles
It's too early for fruit

Back to bed after a little checking on here. That Nancy Cooper case is so puzzling.

Good morning ladies!

Lacey, good to know you're feeling slightly better.

My mother did the whole program you suggested yesterday. She talked to the boss and the chef of the snazzy restaurant and they tested the icecream which could have caused it and said they are very sorry. They offered that my parents can come over again and have a glass of champagne etc.

But in the end I guess it wasn't the food at that place b/c when my tummy started feeling upset before noon yesterday it was only the beginning. I went to bed at 4 p.m., couldn't sleep very well tho, woke up every 15 minutes. At 7 p.m. I got up and had to bring all the food I had over the day to the toilet and went straight to bed again.

Today my back is hurting and my tummy is still a bit queasy, altho not so upset as yesterday.
That's why I only had a bit of mom's fresh chicken broth with some noodles and carrots...

Will only do some grocery shopping in a while and then off onto the sofa...

Have a great day all.

Jeannie, hope you can sleep better tonight!

So is Diane. I am sure glad that the restaurant took some responsibility

I am up early too, need to be at a Kiwanis training at 8 this morning,I was chosen to be the recording secretary for Monterey Park,my group next year. Will be at a Buddist Temple,it's called Shi Lai Temple,it's the largest Buddist temple in the western hemisphere,it's only about 30 min from where I live. There will be breakfast and lunch.
I know they are healthy,it's mostly vegetarian. Not sure why the class was chosen to be there. but why not?

Dinner: Chicken dog
2 slices Whitewheat--One slice with the chicken dog and I finally had that tub of applesauce with the other slice.
Tomato soup--counted as fruit and vegetable since I had a double helping and sometimes tomatoes are considered fruits and others think they are vegetables.
Coffee and milk
