I can't tell you how much we want this Steve. I want my 2 younger children to grow up in NC and thats why we need to do this now. I'll be leaving my two oldest boys in NJ and that breaks my heart.

Thanks for the update on the Lawyer's part. The financing part is another story, make sure your agent has contact with the lender and knows what he is doing,Usually if I am the listing agent I would be very much involved with the lender.

Will you be moving to the coast. The areas between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are hit by hurricanes less often. The day after I retired we drove to Myrtle Beach for lunch and then explored right inside the NC border a place call Sunset Beach. I loved it there although we stayed less than one hour. We then drove up highway 74 which will be an interstate in the future. Parts of it are already finished. Much better way to go to the beach.

We like to stay half way between the beach and the mountains so we are about two hours from either one. With traffic sometimes it is a little more, but we can take a day trip either way or spend the night or nights and stay longer. The outer banks is a definite overnight for us and so is the southwestern mountain area.

We had a veggie pizza at Pizza Hut tonight. A few minutes ago Mr. VA went for lawnmower gas and bought the mallow cup I requested. My favorite candy.

Fried a salmon fillet in a bit of oil with a sprinkle of lemon juice and some sesame.
Along with it went some leaves of arugula topped with a creamy aceto balsamico and a small boiled potatoe.

The ladies of the step aerobic group wanted to make a bike tour and as I had Lazy Susan over for a visit I didn't go with them...
