Tuesday "lovin this weather" food journal
Good morning! With temps reaching the mid 80's this week, it feels like were still enjoying Summer break. Only difference is the swimming facilities are all closed. I know up North things are getting a bit nippy already. So, whats on your schedule for today? My husband the Giant's fan had way too much fun when my team lost on Sunday and then the loss of our quarterback for at least 4 weeks and then, somehow, his team ended their winning streak to the Cleveland Browns last night. See how things work? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk... ...have a wonderful Tuesday everyone! Jeannie

Good morning to you one and all!
Jeannie, I was about to suggest that we all go see Lacey to enjoy the snow. I don't really like temperatures below 20 degrees, but I love snow. We don't get to see snow nearly enough. It makes everything so white and pretty. You will probably see more snow in Raleigh than we see here. I am just about 7 miles North of the South Carolina border. Our weather usually comes from South Carolina.
Coffee and milk
banana
2 strawberry eggo waffles
I am going to the dentist for a cleaning this afternoon and then we are going to pick up company supplies from Sam's.
Tue 86°/54°F
Wed 87°/60°F
Thu 87°/61°F
Fri 75°/53°F
Jeannie, I really had never paid attention to our weather before. It always changes. It is going to get cold Friday. LOL

Good morning, Jeannie, Diana, Judi, NCN, Izzy, and BB!!
Weather is still in the 80's but about to drop down in the 70's soon! Woot! I'm one of those freaks that would rather live in snow and cooler weather than warm sunny days. Give me clouds, rain, and about 50-70 degrees, and that's a perfect day!!
Funny how much we rely on computers. Ours were down on base this morning (therefore my lateness), and you would have thought everyone was asked to give up a kidney! Frowns and grumbling all over!
Anyway, a changeup for breakfast:
2 Bean/cheese breakfast burritos, Coke.
P.S. Jeannie... Romo's out for 4 weeks!!!

I know Steve, lucky me. But, some are saying this could be a good thing for the Cowboys forcing them to finally pull together as a team. I just hope he is back in time for the game against the Giants in November.
After a Taebo work-out...
oatmeal with sliced banana
water with lemons
supplements

Brrrr...20's is toooo cold for me. We are having those Santa Ana winds, usually blows around this time. but there are a couple of fires,I know one is where Boogaboo2 lives,it's a very big one. I dm'd her, haven't heard from her,So many people have been evacuated, All the bad smoke is blowing to the San Gabriel Valley in my area. I was sneezing all day yesterday. I feel bad for all the animals, they must be so confused.
Coffee first and watch the fire news which has been on in tv.

Izzy, I hate to hear about those fires. The man who has bought the house on our street is a California fireman. They live somewhere in the mountains though. I get e-mails all the time from them. I don't know when they are actually going to move in. Somebody mows the lawn. I think they have relatives in this area too.
You know how people move into adult neighborhoods. Our neighborhood has turned pretty much into that because we all moved in about the same time and our children have grown up. There are maybe five children at the most on this entire street of about 14 houses.
When we came into your area in 1989, those winds were really scary. We were afraid they were going to blow us off the road. Rath, there were a lot of winds in West Texas. I love to visit your part of the country. We just haven't had the time to come back, but I am coming back out there for a visit if I live long enough.
