Hey there. Karma, yes, I certainly need a bit more of that right now. I give this cough three more days to vanish, if it doesn't I guess I really need to see a doc.

Big bowl of salad with 1 hard boiled egg
cup of milk with a handful of cinnamon cereal

Yippie, only one more day till weekend!

Good morning all.

Breakfast was mini sausage and buns and Coke. Lunch will be just a couple hunks of salami I cut off a roll this morning.

Beautiful rainy day here. Cold, wet, snuggle weather.
Coffee and milk--and I am going to have another which will be just about the amount I used to have as one. Broke my favorite large coffee container. I drink coffee warm, so it was a tumbler that held at least 2 cups. My daughter loved to tease me about my classy coffee glass.

Going for some more medical tests and then to exercise and then the grocery store if I am still moving.

I am sneezing because of the wind. we have the Santa Ana Wind,which comes from Santa Ana,CA obviously,it's not that bad here but it does pick up a lot of dust.

Hi all-1% cott ch with spinach salad, banana.

At the manicure salon we were talking Christmas cookies and for the past few years I have made hundres and probably ate that much. Don't want that around this year and she mentioned a Bible camp by us-you put your order in by 12/3 and the list of cookies and breads is awesome and $3.75 doz! Ginerbread biscotti, Russian tea cakes, peanut blossoms, Spritz,etc.

Judi, this is the season that I really have trouble with. So many goodies!
