thats perfect Izzy. The snow was nice for the kids to see this morning. When we moved they thought they would never see a snowflake again. It did stop though and the sun came out.

Lunch was a 6" subway sandwich. I normally get a foot long, so this is going to be hard!!! I refuse to eat more, though, regardless of how hungry I get. Portion control.

One of my old workmates used to say, the hardest push in dieting is the one away from the table.

I hear you Steve. I'm embarrassed to say even I could put away a 12 inch subway sandwich with ease.

Breakfast was normal yogurt.

Lunch cottage ch/spinach salad.

Sausage/peppers tonight-on crusty bread for Mr. L, spinach salad for me. Last night we went to "Cheers" again and shared an appetizer.

Really watching this week as T-giving is coming but I am doing lots of low fat/no fat recipes-even my pumpkin cream cheese pie.

Judi, you are so funny. New York or one of the Northern towns put snow in railroad cars and shipped it to us one year. I was beginning to think we were going to have to ask them to do it again to stop the drought. Western North Carolina could still use the water. Some of the hurricanes brought us a lot of water this year.

Pizza for whatever the meal is that one eats at 4 P. M. I did water exercises, jogged in the water and then went grocery shopping. Got home at about 3:45.

You should have seen the shivering people at the grocery store. We don't really know how to wrap up and a lot of people are like me and hate to put on a coat. I keep one in the car in case of emergency, but rarely put it on. One poor man was in a light blue long sleeved shirt with his tie blowing all over the place. A lady was in a little sweater and talking on her cell phone with the most miserable look on her face. I bought a new hat yesterday, so it kept me from totally freezing in my moleskin jacket and 3/4 length citiknits top and long skirt. Citiknits fabric is not very warm.

But you looked good NCN-that's important!!!!!!

Here we have so many lakes you'd think they'd dump the snow there like they do upstate NY with the river. But they pile it like a mountain in the middle of every road-so strange.

Izzy-thanks-hope so.

well, our computer man was great and very reasonable. It wasn't a virus but was some spyware in our computer. He cleaned everything up and added some programs for maintenance. We're up and running again. Judi, best of luck with the showings. Keep us posted!
