Good morning all. Didn't see the thread so thought I'd start it off. Not because my Pop Tarts are worth raving about, but because I'm running around this morning.

Hope all is well. Anything big planned for anyone today?

Breakfast: Blueberry pop tarts, vitamins, 1/2 caffeine free Coke
Lunch: Left over red beans & rice.

Good morning. It is a good morning to sleep in here in NC.
Sugar cookies
coffee and milk
banana
We are all making such good choices this morning. I like to do my food "sinning" first thing in the morning and then work it off during the day.
Mr. VA is off for the rest of the week. Guess we will be shopping and taking care of business.
Our weather is getting back to normal for this time of year.

Good morning Steve,NCN-guess Jeannie's at work.

Not much planned here-too dang cold to plan anything. The mail lady hit our mailbox yesterday and knocked it down so Mr. L has to fix that. It's 18 below here wind chill 37 below.

Behaved last night-just a small portion of pasta.

Yog/fruit, coffee.

Lacey, you are doing so good. I can't even imagine that weather. I wouldn't know how to survive. We will keep you company.

I keep remembering a preacher's wife I used to work with that got cold and would put on a jacket when the rest of us in the office were too hot. He got a job just below the Canada border. I haven't heard from her since, but following him there had to be true love. I think about her often. They moved there when it was still hot here, but she had to be buying Winter clothes.

NCN I am not a happy camper in winter here as winter lasts forever. Told my daughter last night if I started eating comfort food I'd put on 40 lbs in a week!!!!

Steve, thanks for starting the thread.

I guess the bug which knocked Miguel off his feet on Sat caught up on us too. This night DH couldn't sleep at all and started throwing up in the middle of the night.
I started this morning. So we both called in sick today for the rest of the week and gave DS to my grandma.

My parents are also sick and I hope that everybody is back to normal when the holidays start.

I had nothing much to eat. 2 Christmas cookies and I don't want to eat more. I should drink much more but I get sick only looking at a glass of water.

It seems live has something prepared for us at the moment. Hope I won't send any bugs over to you too. lol

Diana - I know what you're going through... I had the stomach bug bad last week and had to take time off. Sending off the son and taking care of yourselves is important and a very wise move!!

Judi - You are truly an inspiration to me. Listening to your success stories is motivating me to trying harder (for me, it's just settling for smaller portions that's killing me).

NCN - I'm like you, kinda. I want lunch to be my "free for all" hoping I can make up for it the rest of the day and with a light dinner.
