Good morning ladies and gentlemen!
Izzy, that is such good news. My son was really impressed with your weather. Maybe the buyers are too. We may or may not get snow in a few days. Lisa is almost assured of getting snow. We usually end up with cold rain because the cloud cover makes it warmer.

Coffee and milk--just about to have my third.
oatmeal, walnut, raisin cookie
banana

Izzy, every time you say something like that it makes me want to dust off my real estate license and pound the pavement. Then I think about it for a minute and say, "No, I am enjoying the swimming pool." If Mr. VA ever retires, I want to tour the West and North. We have seen most of the South. We might do a little island hopping too. Trip around the world would be great, wouldn't it. I don't really want to start working until we get that behind us. My mother lived to a week before her 85th birthday. If I have her genes, I don't want to swim for 20 more years. LOL

You don't need the aggrevations! Lots of paperwork and you also have to be careful wth legal stuff. Documents to back you up and stuff. Especially here in Califronia. But it's exciting when it gets busy.
Yesterday around 3 pm our office was busy with agents. That hasn't happened for a while. which is great news. I hope Lacey gets her house sold!

breakfast
soymilk, some black sesame powder- I hear it has more calcium than milk
blueberries and oatmeal.
