Good morning Jeannie, Lacey, MM, Lisa, Izzy.

I was hungry this morning so I started out with:
4 scrambled egg whites
one slice of bacon.
2 slices whitewheat
2 tablespoons apple butter
coffee and milk.

Sorry, Jeannie. It is always more fun if your team won. I watched a basketball game yesterday between Virginia Tech and NC State. NC State won. My son went there so I am happy.

Good morning jeannie, Judi, NCN, MM, Izzy and Steve

Judi- If they brought the groundhog to my house there would be no shadow today. So I'm hoping for an early spring. Woo hoo.

How many times is the groundhog wrong?

Izzy- How did you do on the pool?

Both my DH and I are not feeling well today. Looks like oatmeal for breakfast, soup for lunch and dinner. Ah I need it for my throat.

I feel like crap ... Late yesterday I overindulged in caffeine. It takes so long for this crap to work its way out of my system. Why do I do this to myself ...

Turkey sandwich for breakfast , veggie burgers with avocado and onion for lunch with an apple, and turkey and veggies for dinner.

Water! Lots of water! I gotta flush this stuff outta me!

Boy, I'm ready to go to bed - and it's only 7:15 p.m.! It's been a long day at work and afterwards I went grocery shopping with DH. I didn't see DS for long today b/c he went to bed nearly an hour ago and then there's this: I just can't resist chocolate these days .

Breakfast: w/w bun with cream cheese
snack: 4.5 oz yogurt (not low fat )
Lunch: big salad w/ 3 chicken nuggets
Dinner: half a minute steak with peas and potatoes
Snack: 3 pieces of chocolate

Today I found a real great weekend trip on the web. 2 nights including breakfast + dinner for 2 people for 100$ in a really great hotel. Might give that to DH for Valentines day. Hmmm, or I might check if I find something better.

Happy Monday!
(me and my mil lol)
