Default Tuesday's July 14th-Missing Jeannie Journal!

Good morning all and here's hoping our leader is back in business soon!

Raining today finally-been awhile.

Mr. L enjoyed his dinner and there's enough for tonight is he wants.

Breakfast-yog/fruit
Lunch-cottage cheese, avocado (love them!)
Dinner-leftovers and salad.

Whatever you do today-enjoy every minute.

Good morning. More tests for me today. I think they are going to check to see if I have a heart. Always love having things stuck to my body--sure. LOL

But I will try to enjoy it. Thursday is THE day, so don't expect me to be on here. I will be asleep most of the morning. Hope they get me out good. I will be talking to the person who will put me out today too. Never could spell that word. This is out-patient, so hopefully I will be back on here by Saturday. Give me a day or two before you start worrying--like maybe Monday.

I am just relaxing with the food.
Coffee and milk
4 mini slices of speciality bread with margarine
Vanilla yogurt--Dannon light and fit--60 calories

We are going to Sam's after the tests so Mr. VA will have food to eat that he can fix.

Izzy that health trainer you have is really teaching some good stuff. I will relax when it is over. I wonder how long it will be until I can exercise again. I doubt I will be able to go back into the water for weeks, but I can probably do the weight room sooner. Hate to say this, but I am really looking forward to lounging on the patio. I am going to be a really lazy person.

Lupper--I spelled this wrong on the question of the day.
Breaded flounder fillet
salad of mostly lettuce.
Coffee and milk.

Yes,he is pretty good, but I do need to get back to my normal diet, your body needs sugar,I feel tired everyday,it's the sugar that gives you a high, any sugar. So I feel slow all the time. Next week I will be able to eat normal. I am done with the therapy.

That flounder looks great! take it easy NCN!

I stir fried some chicken with some veggies at noon, evening munched on some raw veggies.
