Good morning! Here's hoping we'll hear some good news today from Judi. She has had so much on her plate for awhile now. Our second night of football went well. Seems to be all the basketball my son has played over the Summer has paid off and he is in pretty good shape. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Wednesday! Jeannie

Jeannie-oh thank you and thank you all!

I slept like a proverbial log last night and feel human. Dinner was 1/2 roast beef sandwich on cracked wheat.

Not sure if he'll be home today-our doctor never got there til 4PM and wants CT #14 this morning-then the decision for surgery to remove a section and re-connect or Remicaide IV for life. I know what I would decide but it's not my body.

Spoke to the pharmacist yesterday morning and he said absolutely no more Immuran as those were classic severe reactions-see always check your pharma they know more than the docs.

Breakfast-yog/fruit! Whatelse?

Oh Judi, you're going through a lot these days. Keeping my fingers crossed that he's getting better real soon so you can go "home".

I'm scheduled to go to a meeting in 15 min. so just a quick check in is possible ;o)

a handful of crackers when I was on the run this morning before work
2 pieces of chocolate
1 icecream
piece of melon
1 minute steak, steam broccoli w/ some corn and a little paste (leftovers from DS's dinner yesterday)
another icecream (I guess I need it right now)

Nothing for planned for dinner so far.

Thank you all-he's home and had another CatScan last night. We meet with our doctor Monday but sort of trying to get him to go to another specialist for another opinion.

Lunch-cottage ch/avocado

Dinner will be hot beef sandwiches, corn, salad.

You can't stay away from here for just a day. Judi, hope all this turns out well. I am for a lot of second opinions. My surgery was as the result of a second opinion. It turned out well.

I feel the need to relax for a while. We are just going through a period of adjustment and I am taking it easy while we are making a bunch of decisions on a lot of things. I will check in from time to time just to see how everyone is.
