Yesterday's breakfast was a wrap-egg,pepper.
Lunch-nothing
Dinner-sausage n onions, corn on cob, tomatoes.
Izzy, I am still laughing about the gas on a food journal. Then I read on! I was about to suggest beano. LOL I do take beano and nobody pays me for my gas. Better hush before Jeannie deletes my post.
They always seem to raise the gas prices when it is time for Senior Citizens to go on vacation.
Coffee and milk
banana
2 eggo strawberry waffles
I have been in air conditioning all day and probably will stay that way. We are not going to bingo because Mr. VA has things to do like getting a haircut. He is out by himself and I am home alone. It is wonderful.
Hi again-we went for an oil change-big whoop!!! Stoped for lunch and I had a roast beef wrap and couldn't finish (and it was on the light fare menu). Mr. L had the most gorgeous fries and I didn't have one!!! Ta Da.
Judi, that's great news.Keeping my fingers crossed that you can go "home".
Jeannie, good to hear the kids survived practice in this heat!
Yesterday was already a tad cooler over here. I guess we won't have much of the summer weather anymore.
1 slice of w/w bread with a tad magarine and a slice of sausage
3/4 of a pizza (OMG, I was so stuffed alhtough it was only a 11'' pizza with a very thin crust)
yogurt and vanilla sauce
2 tomatoes
piece of gouda cheese
