Good morning all-it's a downright chilly 40 deg this morning-some frost.

I was still so full from lunch yesterday I had spinach salad for dinner.

Spider answered you on yesterday's- our son went to college in MB and worked many places as a waiter, bus, bartender, cook-mostly at an eclectric place "Hurrican Cove." I so love it there.

Breakfast-yog/fruit
Lunch-cottage ch
Dinner-planning gettucine alfredo w/shrimp (use no-fat cream.)

Happy day all.

Good morning again lacey. I think this is the 3rd time I wished you good morning LOL!!

And a good morning to all others in the food journal.

I'm full from dinner last night plus the snacks later. I got to watch today.

Not sure what I"m going to have but probably

Weight watchers whole wheat bread
15 grapes

Lunch will be soup.......0 point

Dinner is
Stuffed peps and maybe corn
Jello with free cool whip.

Last night I had a petite filet which was great but so petite. A little too petite. LOL
The salad was the killer with all that shedded cheese and blue cheese dressing. OMG......so good.
Back to the ole grind. today.
have a great day

Bleu cheese if it's fresh and real is the best. (smacking me lips)

Marinate in balsamic vin, garlic, and basil! Grills up extra caramelized and sweet. Awesome with sauteed or grilled mushrooms too.

My favorite it to rub with salt, pepper, and grill seasoning then grill till med-rare and serve with fresh chimichurri sauce.

Today's a lazy day. Got all the cleaning done, so I'm vegging out before another week of way too much school. Taking a break from exercise as well, since I think just about every muscle in my body hates me right now.

Breakfast/Lunch- Two hard-boiled egg whites and an everything bagel with a tbsp of cream cheese. I know egg yolks are supposed to be good for you, but I could never get into them. The cats/dogs are definitely happy for that!

Dinner- Um...I should get on that, shouldn't i?
