Good morning! Yesterday both my kids lost their games. My daughter's game was 3-1 and she did feel good because she had the scoring goal. My son's football game was a blow-out, 34-7, but their coaches were very supportive by the second half and just told the kids just to got out and have some fun. That speech got them through the second half. I ventured to the scale this morning for the first time in a couple of weeks and to my surprise, another 3 lbs off. I will be at my goal weight in 3 more lbs. Yeah! Now to keep it off. So, what are your plans for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a very relaxing Sunday all! Jeannie

Good morning ladies.

Jeannie- Sorry to hear about the kids games. Congrats on your weight loss.

Judi- Have a great time with your guests today. I'm sure it will be wonderful.

Busy day planned. We have to run out to Home Depot, ah to be in civilization again lol, to get more tools. Then we will take out the rest of the kitchen walls and the soffit. It will be a very dusty day.

Breakfast- Well we tore out the stove yesterday and I still don't have a hot plate so it will be cereal for breakfast. Pop tarts for hubby.

Lunch- Ham and cheese on ww.

Dinner- Smart Ones.

Have a great Sunday.

Ok Lisa, I missed something, why are you taking out the walls?

Hello ladies, jeannie great on the loss of weight and bummer on the childrens games..

I just got back from the long grueling day we had. The wait before the funeral was long, and since it was pouring buckets, we didnt have a grave side service afterwards... It rained the whole time and the roads to this tiny town are not the best.

Eating wise, don't ask! We had time for leftover ham and biscuits for breakfast, and the only place to eat in the whole town was a Sonic, so no lunch but dinner was a hambuger no fries....

I am drinking a cup of coffee and taking a nap..
