Good morning ladies.

Jeannie- Enjoy your day off and your visit.

Judi- It sounds like a busy Day for you. Enjoy your lunch out and Cheers with Mr. L.

I hope you are all doing well. We have been extremely busy and I am so sore today. Yesterday was our anniversary so we took out another kitchen wall, took out the bathroom tub wall, did landscaping and Mike did electrical work, lol. Yeah so much for celebrating. We'll get around to it one of these days.

I started walking yesterday and I walked my "camel" walk(long legs) for an hour. Today I am so sore from yesterday's work and walking. I will try for half an hour today.

Today's agenda- Finish tearing out all walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Finish electrical. Clean up and get ready for drywall. Woo hoo- almost time to put it all back together. Our tree guys will also be here to finish clearing and stump grinding. Then we have to get out and do some shopping for food, flooring, and maybe cabinets.

Black coffee and an apple to start with.
Oatmeal for breakfast.
Lunch- Ham and Cheese.
Dinner- Smart Ones.

Dessert- Sugar Free Chocolate pudding cup.

Have a great day.

Jeannie, hope your off-day is as relaxed as possible!

Judi, have fun on your date with Mr. L. What will you have for dinner?

Lisa, now that sounds like a fun anniversary! Anyway, congratulations! I hope you enjoy the work at the house! When we were enlarging my parents' home I couldn't wait to get it ready for moving in. I slept very well during that time lol very exhausting! I loved every minute of choosing tiles, looking around for the kitchen cabinets and bathroom stuff. However, I wouldn't want to do it again very soon lol

I stayed at home with DS yesterday. He has a mild eye inflammation (? sorry had to look this up ???) and I went to see the doc with him in the morning. We enjoyed our day together and had much fun. He helped me mash potatoes, it was fun to watch him "work".

Too much stress at work, so no real breakfast in the morning
1 piece of chocolate at 9:00 a.m.
half a cookie at 9:30
half a white wheat toast with a slice of cheese 10:15
Lunch: Chinese (fried rice with a little chicken and a little pork meat, veggies)
1 pear

Now I'm really round as a bowling ball and also tiered lol

Have a great Thursday!
diana

Back from the gym. 5.25 miles on the treadmill and now started weights today, upper body. Need to tone everything I lost.

Oh, and another lb. off today. 2 more to go but maybe another 5 lbs. after that for safety.
