Just checked back in...
Eliza...it was 87 here yesterday, so I'm just hoping they are wrong about today's weather. Lisa...good luck on the windows, and yes, I can believe you miss your zucchini!! lol Izzy...we are closer to the desert here, but I'm optomistic that maybe it won't get much above your 80's there. Lacey...you are so lucky to be able to go spikey with your hair...if I were younger, that's what I'd do with mine! NCN...you had a great day yesterday...Congrats! ladybee...enjoy the chili...I'll be calling you soon...
Now I'm going to go have some instant grits for breakfast...

Hi all! Back from the gym. Managed 5.25 miles on the treadmill and some upper body and leg workout.
breakfast...
oatmeal with sliced banana and soymilk
water with lemons throughout the day
supplements
Now for some fun house cleaning. See you all later!

Hello ladies, glad to see you all are doing great today
I had a late start today, and didn't need it!
No time for breakfast, just a quick cup of coffee.
Lunch will be a turkey sandwich and yogurt.
I already have dinner on beans and ham....
have an annual meeting tonight so am having to prepare for it ! I hate these things.

Lunch was out and was a Mexican omelet w/chicken/salsa.
Dinner-will be out at Cheers.

Well, Judi, you are getting some mileage with the hairdo. Would love to see it.
Lunch was scrambled eggs with two slices of bacon and 2 slices whitewheat and a sliced orange and coffee and milk.
Dinner was mesquite chicken breast, lettuce and tomato salad and a mini Ice cream sandwich and finished off with coffee and not much milk.
It was the kind of day today that makes everybody want to move to North Carolina, but stick around and it will change.

Good evening everyone!
Sounds like we all are eating healthy,sometimes it's hard to do.
Lunch was at a Vietnamese restaurant,had beef vermicelli dry noodles,it's actually healthy with very little oil
Dinner was my leftover veggie soup and a piece of sourdough bread.

Dinner-we shared an appetizer of fried walleye.
NCN loving it shorter again now the trick is to style it!! LOL
