That's great AiAngel. The turkey was so tender and juicy. I rub it with mayo (light) mixed with salt/pepper/tarragon/sage/onion and garlic powder.

You sound like you had a fun time in the woods! How neat!

aiangel...how nice that you found an exercise class...and that it'll be really convenient for you since you are taking your son there anyhow!
Lunch was at Rodrigo's Mexican Restaurant with ladybee...we both ate healthy and had a Chicken Tostada/easy beans, extra lettuce. Neither of us ate too many chips.

Piramid cake? sounds interesting!
Lacey..I want to have lunch with all of you,I hope to meet ladybee and carmac first though. 3 hours of driving for lunch and maybe hang out, gotta have time for that.
Aiangel...That exercise class sounds so exciting!
For lunch,I went to Beto's a mexican restaurant near my office,it's a tiny place, they have chips and salsa free, I had a few. Very hard to stop at one. their buffet is great! I just had chicken and rice, did not touch other stuff, except for fruit.
Dinner was just some raw veggies, feel better that way.
Good nite!

Lol, I guess I need to send you a batch over.
It's a seasonal cake which I buy mostly in the Christmas season which always starts in September rofl
Anyhoo', I saw it made on TV once. They have a very thin dough in which they dip a kind of wooden stick (about 2 inch diameter). Then they put it into the oven to bake this very thin covering. Out it comes and then it's dipped into the dough again so layer after layer is baked on top of the other.
In the end it's covered in a thin crust of chocolate (I prefer dark chocolate as the dough itself is quite sweet). So that is pyramid cake. At least pyramid cake is what I found in the dictionary here it's called "tree cake" because of the rings the different layers of dough look like.
Sleep well!
