Good morning NCN and all our ladies.
Just coffee so far-trying to wake up.
We had 4 kids so Mr. L has lots of candy and he's happy as I bought all full size bars.
Breakfast will be the usual.
Lunch-feel housebound so maybe out.
Dinner-pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, peas, salad.
Happy 1st day of November all.

morning NCN and Lacey
No kids last night....went to the clubhouse anyways.
right now coffee. will maybe have an apple with walnut halves. Thanks for the Idea NCN.
Lunch left over spinach salad
Dinner out.
Need to food shop.......out of bread, muffins, veggies all with low fat sides and toppings.

Happy November everyone! warm again here,another 80+ for the whole week! It's already November,we need the rain! I slept an hour early last night,but couldn't sleep  So I stlill wake up at the same time 
Having my coffee first,fried eggs on toast and half an apple. Have a great day! |

Good morning everyone...
I'm at my sister's house...she had surgery on Friday and is still kind of weak, so I'm staying with her till she's up and around.
This morning I had my coffee and a yogurt with some high fiber cereal mixed in. Lunch and dinner...not sure!
Yes Izzy...we need rain!! I'm sooo tired of the heat...it's supposed to be 90 today.
Hi NCN...good to see you...thanks for starting us all off.
Judi...hope you can get out and about for awhile!
