Thursday's "need a push" Food Journal
Good morning! I'm in a bit of a rut the last few days and I need to be here. Just don't have the healthy eating thing going and have missed the gym for over a week now. Going to try and push myself there this morning and get back on track. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far... ...happy Thursday all! Jeannie

You can do it Jeannie-we all hit those ruts.
Morning all.
Not much. Just made reservations at a hotel/casino for T-giving, too depressing with just the 2 of us here altho I love cooking that meal and will probably do it that weekend.
Breakfast was yog/fruit.
Lunch-cottage ch and avocado
Dinner-tonight will be out at Cheers.

Morning Jeannie and Lacey
Jeannie I also have slacked off at the gym. Been doing other stuff but that intense cardio is what I miss. Going for a run/jog this morning.
I'm pushing myself too.........right out the door.
My diet has been off. Chinese last night and it was so good I said the heck with it. Now I feel like a fat pig.
This morning berries with whole wheat WW bread
Lunch Shrimp salad and homemade veggie beef soup with barley.
Dinner will be corn and tomato salad, pork loing seasoned in bruschetta, smashed cauliflower, green beans and baked potatos.
two desserts one key lime pie and I have WW dessert. forget which one is it so you know it is nothing to write home about.
I was looking for Fridays journal.......Hope I wake up soon.

Well, at least I'm not alone. My kids Halloween candy bags has been calling my name a few times. I don't want to undo everything I've done so far though so going to work hard at this. Off to school now for a meeting with my daughter's teacher. Talk to you all later!

Jeannie..............yes everyone has those ups and downs. One week I went to the gym 5 days and never lost a pound. Some weeks I never go to the gym and lose weight, so go figure.
Great that we are all here for support.
eliza.............love chinese food. Went to my favorite place when I was visting Utah last week.
About to get ready for work, since I have been up for two hours....the insomnia thing.
Made the usual egg whites yesterday and doubled eat, so I will eat that when I get to work.
Back later...

Just cleaned out my closets (mine) and dressers and cannot find our bed, my dresser or part of the floor. Every size, style, color you could imagine. Need a truck.

Good morning ladies.
Lacey, be sure to make a list when you donate or better yet; have a yard sale. As fast as you went down, you probably have some really good clothes that someone else might get to use. They might even pay for Thanksgiving. Take it to the casino and you might hit the jackpot. Wouldn't it be super to have your weight loss put you on easy street.
Good thinking for this morning. Lacey, I am going to have to do the same thing because clothes will no longer go in my closet. Mr. VA and I cannot share closet space either. Separate closets save marriages.
Back on points for me. It is the only thing that has ever worked for me, so don't be shocked by my choices. At the beginning of the meal I just say to myself, "What do you want for this many points." I have done nutrition studies of my choices and they always end up balanced at the end of the day. For the meal thought, probably not.
So far today:
Corn flakes with sugar
milk in corn flakes and coffee
coffee and milk
2 slices whitewheat
3 slices tomato
coffee and milk

Good morning Ladies. I remember the kids Halloween bag. I'm glad they are not around. However, now I have grandkids lol
Its a good thing they live 60 miles from me.
Its amazing how everyday you weigh yourself, you weigh different. I weigh on a weight scale at the gym. Today I gained 1 lb. CRAZY
I know I don't drink enough water.....that the problem with me. Eliza Chinese is one of my favorites. Jeannie its o.k. with candy once in awhile. I look at it this way. You work harder at the gym the next day. I just got back from that lovely place. lol
breakfast 1 toast, 1 egg, cottage cheese/fruit
So far. Be back later.
