mid morning-
yogurt frozen with strawberries

lunch -
usual salad, but with tuna instead of chipolte chicken.

snack -
7 wheat thins with turkey on top

dinner -
Making the weight watcher cheese soup.....love that stuff. Only 1 point per cup, but who can eat one cup.

Lovely day today.........but humid.
