Monday's "right back at ya" Journal
Good morning! A little sleepy this morning after watching Sunday night Football but well worth it. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekends. We had a beautiful sunny one, yesterday actually hit the 70's. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far... ...Enjoy your Monday all! Jeannie

Morning Jeannie and all Good people.
I'm a tad sleepy today too.
Right now I"m not sure what I'll be eating. My insides feel terrible from acid reflux attack.
Proable toast for breakie
Soup for lunch
Got ground beef defrosting...not sure what I want to do with it?
Any suggestions????

Good morning, Jeannie, Lacey, Elizamary, Izzy, Diane, Ladybee, Chickrae--this is why I usually just say ladies. I left out a few, didn't I? Sorry.
I am having an unusual breakfast this morning, but it is light and what I wanted.
Square type soda crackers with strawberry jam spread on top. Love that sweet and salty.
Black coffee to drink.
We are feeling much better, but didn't go to exercise this morning. Thought it might be to much.

Melody of vegetables
This morning as I was getting up one of those "Oh did I do that?" moments happened. I looked back at yesterday's post and "Yes. I did." I guess my medley of vegetables sang a happy song.

Good morning Ladies! Monday again, get busy to see what's ahead this week.
I weighed myself yesterday. I sure need to lose those 2 pounds.I have not been careful. I will just eat more veggies and less bread. In-n-Out burger has this Persian Wrap now. You can ask for them. It's wraped in Lettuce. I will try it sometimes.
Having Coffee and going to my walk. be back later for my usual breakfast.
Maybe I will go to Hometown buffet for some soup and salad

Good morning ladies.
Eliza - my son has acid reflux, so I can relate. He has gone through nightmares with that. Hope you are feeling better.
Last night I made my three salads ahead to take to work and two days of breakfast (egg whites/turkeybacon/peppers/mushrooms)
That way, I don't get rushed in the mornings.
breakfast -
the usual
be back later

Good morning ladies...
I've been away for awhile...first helping my youngest sister after her surgery, and then this past week I was back at her house to visit another sister who is here from GA.
Needless to say...I ate out a lot! Got on the scales today, and I've gained 2 lbs. that I'd lost. Things will hopefully be back to normal, although this week is 'iffy' as I have Jury Duty!
Elizamary...I had the scope procedure about a month ago and was diagnosed with that Acid Reflux thing...I'm on medication for it now, and feel lots better...get it checked out!
So far today I've had my coffee and I'm having Cottage Cheese with black pepper, as we speak, for breakfast.
Not sure about the rest of the day, but I'll check in later...
Have a good day ladies...

Yum Izzy, that sounds delicious!
I've been away this weekend with DH. We went to Munich to watch DH's favourite soccer team play. I gave him tickets for his birthday in September along with a stay at a 4 star hotel. We had a nice time and went to a wonderful steak restaurant in the city. It was delicious. I had the best grilled salmon ever!
Back on track today. So no breakfast but a chocolate bar (137kcal).
Lunch was 2 small potatoes, 1 pork roll stuffed with ground meat and sprouts.
Dinner: half of DS's slice of w/w bread, some slices of tomatoe and grated fried sweet potatoes.
Okay, off to bed now to read a bit.
Have a great night.
Diana
