Morning Jeannie and all. Jeannie does that mean he won't be home for Thanksgiiving? Are they boys staying for it?

We're going away-got a room at a casino-no sense cooking for just us and it gets too depressing.

Breakfast-yog/fruit.

Lunch-not sure Mr. L still on the hunt for something so may be out.

Dinner-hot roast beef sandwiches and corn/salad.

Good morning ladies.
I think that is happy shopping, Lacey. Mr. VA shops much more than I do. I go about once a season and get it over with. Then there is QVC. I like citiknits, but lately they are too long for me. I have to be really careful. I am too tall for petite, but the regular clothes in some brands are too long.

I did it. I almost got up in the middle of the night to get some chips, but I didn't.

New day and new food:

coffee and milk
banana
yogurt

That looks like old food. Well.........

Lacey, it seems you are going out more. That is really good. Keep yourself happy.

Same here Jeannie would be fun. I will cook but during the week after-need my stuffing and creamed onions. I'm so used to cooking for 20 or more on holidays so for just us-it's depressing.

Mr. L built a brass lighthouse clock and needed a brass eagle but small-have not found one but took what he wanted in plastic to a man who makes molds and coats in brass. Finally done.

Lunch was out and was 2 poached eggs on eng muffing w/spinach.

Good evening.

Judi - casino sounds so good.

Jeannie - I hope the time without your hubby flies by fast.

Another long day at work I'm glad I start work early in the morning so I can be home rather early in the afternoon.

My colleague who got her baby on Sept. 30th visited on Monday to tell us she'll be back right at the beginning of next year buhu, I can see my position as purchasing manager flow away It's so much fun and I love the work even though it's a lot for only one person so I don't want to share with her. Maybe we can pursuade her to go back into the accounting dept b/c that's what she has studied and there's a shortage of employees. So let's wait and see.

Tomorrow's my day of and I will spend it shopping with my mom at the mall.

1 w/w bun with a kinda sausage salad (hmm, I don't know if there's anything similar over at your place. I guess I need to visit the US really soon to take a look myself)
Lunch: some lasagna (not selfmade so it wasn't very good)
Dinner: 1 Wiener sausage and half a bun with a tad butter

Okay, I'm off to the sofa now to read a bit before going to bed.

Ok, so very sorry for being so late, but I just finished finalizing all the reports for the inspection tomorrow and got my dh's reports ready for him to do some testing with his business.

my sweet dear friend who helps me with my office when I am overwhelmed stopped working today and made me a turkey sandwich.....my dh picked up Burger King in town tonight and I could not eat much of it as my stomach was in knots and I could not stand another take out burger....so I am living on pepsi at the moment and my tummy is not happy.

off to take a quick soak for the aching muscles..
