Knees-just posted in yesterday's thread that I've had 2 knee surgeries just for relief til replacement but since the weight's off-no pain. My knees are happy.
It's above zero (2) but snow showers later. So many cars in the ditches out here you would think they'd know how to drive in this weather.

Good morning! Judi, How are you? Thanks so much to everyone for keeping things going here. I needed to step away for awhile and also give up my star. A tad burned out and very much going on at home. I hope you all understand. I took a break from moderating and from CD for awhile. I will check in now and then though. If anyone would like to keep in touch, NCN has my email, feel free to write me. It was a busy day with church and lunch with dd...had a chicken sandwich with a few zucchini.
Dinner was pasta and garlic bread.
I'll be gone for the next couple of days...going to spend a few days with my sisters.

Judi...I asked my ortho Dr. about arthroscopic surgery for my knee (4 of my siblings have had it) and she said it wouldn't work for me, that I needed knee replacement. I know losing more weight will help because it helped to lose what I've already lost!! I'm in the middle of a series of hyaluronic injections in my knee...you get 1 injection each week for 3 weeks. This is my third series...you can get them every 6 months. I'm trying to put off the surgery as long as possible! BTW Judi...you're doing a great job!
Izzy...we are so fortunate to have our weather here when you hear how cold it is everywhere!
