Morning ladies and friends.

Had a rotten morning for about 2 hours with this computer-these things can be so frustrating.

Wings were so good-dark and sticky and I had 3 small ones and salad.

Get nails done this morning-then not sure what.

Breakfast was the usual yog/fruit.

Lunch-?

Dinner-Pea soup and Mr. L gets a grilled cheese sandwich with his.

BBL!!!!!

Good morning. I have a medical check-up appointment so I will be brief.
Banana and Orange and lots of water.

I had something go on last night that was maybe a sugar or coffee withdrawal where my entire body ached. I used the bed massage, heating pad and 2 81mg. aspirin to get to sleep. This morning I woke up with more aches so I took an 81 mg. aspirin and ate the banana at about 5 A. M. just in case it was a potassium shortage causing everything.

It could have been caused by exercising more than usual. We had not been back to water exercises since vacation. It was just so cold I could not stand the idea of being in that cold water but we had done a mini weight room schedule.

NCN think it was the exercise-your body was just giving you a little revolt!

Oh Izzy-I hardly ever have any bread-so it was a nice treat.

Good afternoon, ladies.

Clean bill of health after X-rays. Thanks aiangel writer. Come back in one year. Great sounding words. I get to go see the doctor that did my operation so he can tell me the same thing next Tuesday.

Snack: potato chips made with vegetable oils and nothing else.

Large plate of steamed medley of vegetables and water to drink.
