Breakfast:
Panera frappucino drink - on purpose; I consume my unhealthy calories in the morning so I can work them off during the day. (And I've noticed I have to eat a high-calorie breakfast, or otherwise I don't eat enough calories during the day.)
1/2 oz cashews

Lunch:
Taco beans
1 oz. corn chips
2 clementines

Afternoon snack:
1 apple
1/2 oz cashews

Dinner:
Finish off my tuna-fish pasta salad
Green salad (lettuce, spinach, red onion, red pepper, green olives, toasted almonds, ground flax seed, clementine, hard-boiled egg, lite ceasar dressing)

Morning all-great idea NiftyB-breakfast is very important and you do work it off.

Last night was an appetizer portion of chicken quesedilla and lunch was Progresso light chicken noodle soup.

Dentist at 7:30AM-UGH and later lunch with friends.

Breakfast-the usual yog/fresh fruit.
Lunch-??
Dinner-maybe making pea soup or it could be simple grilled cheese and salad.

Didn't go to step aerobic class yesterday since I had to bake cake for today and get the house cleaned up a bit.
Dinner yesterday was a few strawberries squashed with milk and half a white wheat bun and I also had 2 pieces of chocolate before going to bed. I hate to be given chocolate b/c usually I don't need sweets but since they are there...

1 piece of paradise cake
1 yogurt
1 w/w sandwich (cucumber / iceberg salad / cream cheese / cheese / ham)
1 piece of cake

Happy hump day.

A rainy does is ending over here. I already hopped in my pj's and I'm on my way to bed although it's only 8:25 p.m. My book is waiting and I can't wait to go on reading.

Take care and sleep well
Diana

Added brown rice to my dinner tonight. Finally finished off the beans and tuna fish (two separate dishes) that I'd made on Saturday, so time for a new big dish of something.

I use a "gourmet" blend of brown rice (5 or 6 different varieties) and when it's cooked, I mix it with chopped walnuts, craisins, and chopped fresh apple. Nutty, tangy, crunchy, sweet.

Morning and Nifty that rice sounds delicious.

Diana rainy days and early to bed with a book are perfect together.

Lunch out with friends was fantastic-had a Thai chicken wrap-OMG it was delicious.

Dinner was out and a simple BLT,no mayo on whole wheat.

Breakfast - the norm of yog/fruit.
Lunch-cottage cheese and avocado
Dinner-mr. L's thinking pepper n egg subs.

1 yogurt

Lunch:
1 sandwich (w/w + cucumber + iceberg salad leaf + cream cheese + cheese + ham)
1 yogurt

Dinner:
2 slices of baguette w/ garlic butter
small bowl of strawberries
1 banana

Snack:
3 pieces of chocolate

Finally Friday. I'm glad DH is back home. Tomorrow we're having a little bbq with friends so I already went grocery shopping with my mom yesterday. Tonight I'll snuggle up on the sofa with DH and relax. Can't wait for the work day to be over.

Judi - how's Mr. L doing? Are the ribs bothering him? I know they must be healed by now but he broke so many ;( And how's your arm doing?

Happy Friday girls!
