Yes, Lacey, I can lift more than ten pounds now. I cooked two meals all by myself today, except that Mr. VA insisted on carrying our soup to the table. I have been a little wobbley lately.
I was so good today.
Breakfast: coffee and milk

Not long afterward because I got up at 11 A. M.:
Mesquite chicken breast
salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and no dressing
few vegetable crackers--buy these at Dollar General
strawberry yogurt and bottled water
Orange for afternoon snack--huge orange!
Lots of tomato soup and five soda crackers
2 T. onion and chives flavored cream cheese
served on more vegetable crackers
