That's a shame! Indoor dog parks are so very rare to find and it was cool Dallas could say it was home to one.

But 10 MILLION dollars was poured into this facility? Wow...that was bad timing for sure!

not just bad timing but bad planning
not saying it was not a good idea but does not seem that they had adequate financing or maybe a realistic game plan--
a dream yes---but a plan--don't know...
