I have been looking at homes in Cedar Hill. I seen a 5bdrm. In the Reserves at High Pointe, a 4brm in Warterford Oaks, and a 5bdrm in parkway/Parkside. If you live in Cedar Hill, what are your thoughts in regards to the subdivisions?

I live in Waterford Oaks. I love my street. I live on a cove and all of my neighbors know each other. The cons that I have are some of my neighbors do not know how to control the weeds in their yard. Other than that I have no complaints.

My fiance and I are considering a move to Cedar Hill from California, the homes seem affordable and large. Is there a good community? Is it a good place to raise a family? Schools? Also wondering about Grand Prairie
