I am wanting to plan a romantic Sunday evening for my wife and I. I have noticed that lots of good restaurants are closed on Sundays too. Please give me your ideas on a place for dinner and maybe something to do after dinner.

Eat, drink and enjoy a film at Gold Class Cinemas in Fairview (Village At Fairview). My wife and I went a few weekends ago and it was a very romantic experience, mostly couples go there, no tweens, sure tix are a bit pricey (you can buy online for $17.50/each and pick your seats in advance) and so is the food and drink, but it's a great experience, and you can do it on Sunday!

The Ultimate Movie Experience - Gold Class Cinemas

Or if you want to eat prior, eat at Bailey's Prime Plus in Fairview (Same center) then enjoy the first class experience at Gold Class Cinemas.

Just to add to what I said, you go up this big escalator and when you get to the top, you aren't in Fairview, TX anymore. You feel like you are at an upscale lounge in NYC or LA. Just about everyone there was on a date when we went (on a Saturday night). It's a wonderful time and your wife will love it.

I was thinking to myself, "damn I wish this place was around when I was single. The ladies would be all over me after taking them to this place, even though it's 'just a movie.'"

The oldest and the best romantic restaurant in Texas:

The Grape Restaurant - Lower Greenville - Dallas, TX

Then go to http://www.stmartinswinebistro.com/ and sit near the piano - prepare some requests.
