Cool video!

MT will be a great addition to Downtown Dallas.

Will also be nice to see cranes in the skyline when the network airing the Super Bowl scans DTD.

I gotta give it to Dallas. All things aside, that is gonna be a bad a$$ looking tower.

You'll probably see the great skyline of Arlington more than anything. Like the NBA All-Star game.

Great video Lakewooder! Thanks for posting that. The interiors look just as good as the exterior. This building is obviously in a great location, right in center of the Arts District and directly adjacent to the new Woodall-Rogers deck park. Great views too! I think that this will end up being the best condo tower in Dallas.

If you thought the W made an impact on the skyline, this tower surely will.

Well we were also hoping for a 47-story office building with a Mandarin Oriental on top but this is great - also the $500 million 28-story Omni convention center hotel is going up on the south side of downtown, which it should loom large.. and the 40-story Margaret Hunt Hill bridge will be topped off on Monday.

That's the Texas way, Houston's not much different, although it's not as bad as Dallas.
