That's going to be a very nice addition to the great Dallas skyline. However, I really just don't see how they're going to sell many at the price points that I've seen discussed (perhaps rich Chinese?). Even relatively empty it's going to be very nice looking.

Apparently 56 of the 112 (I believe it is 112, but I may be off a few units) have already been sold. Or, rather, have had deposits on, since they can't technically be sold until they are finished.
