Hi,

Can anyone recommend a few good doctors...we live in Frisco, but will definitely go to Allen, Plano, Dallas, etc... for the right doctor. I'm searching for a General Practitioner/Family Physician, Gyn, and a Pediatrician. Any and all suggestions welcome.

By the way, when I say "good" I mean...knowledgeable, proactive, uses outcomes based/evidence based practices, etc...while i want someone with a decent bedside manner..personality, office hours, popularity, etc...don't matter as much to me.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Dr. Christopher Crow in Plano. Tollway and Spring Creek. He's in the new Legacy Medical Village and he's great. There are also tons of other doctors in that complex so if you are referred to a specialist or for imaging you just walk down the hall.

For Peds. I've gone to Dr. Malcolm Davidson & Dr. Barry Bergman for 20 years....they are awesome and their office staff is beyond great! Located in Medical City.......

For GYN, I've gone to Dr. Amy Sigman for the past 8 years...she is in Medical City as well. While I love her, the office staff has gone way down hill--so much I'm thinking of changing doctors. They used to be friendly and helpful...now they all just looked pissed off.

While doctors knowledge, etc. are very important I believe office staff is just as important. If you're constantly faced with sour-pusses, bungling harried staff, it bleeds over into the doctors. This day and age the doctors are only as good as their staff

Drs. Ulanoski in Coppell are wonderful pediatricians. They offer same day sick appointments, and I never have to wait longer than five minutes to see them. Also, they are very conservative with treatment- no antibiotics just for the heck of it. If something will clear up on it's own, they let it do just that.
I use Dr. Perugini for OB. She's wonderful.
My husband is a doc and I'm a CT tech- if that helps.
