Any suggestions for a nice upscale restaurant in Dallas for my 5th year anniversary? Price and type of food doesn't matter.

Fearing's. Get a room at the Ritz also. Maybe do it on Sunday and take her to Michael Buble at the AAC.

Mansion on Turtle Creek restaurant
Nick & Sam's
Mi Piaci - close to the Galleria, but best upscale Italian in town
Cafe Pacific
Nobu
York Street- great pick if you're a true foodie
The Grape- more on the casual side, but charming & very romantic!

All but Nobu (NYC) can only be found in Dallas.

Hector's on Henderson (http://www.hectorsonhenderson.com/menu.html - broken link)

Me and my wife went to Hector's on Henderson and had a great time. The food was terrific and unique, I had the sirloin stack. Also they have fried avocados for appetizers that are amazing.

Bailey's Prime Plus is a really nice option too.

Haven't been back to the Mansion since Fearing left and they went more casual. But that was always a good choice.

I'd have to say Al Biernats. And DH loves Capital Grille.

Check this out:

Dallas / Fort Worth Entertainment | News for Dallas, Texas | Dallas Morning News (http://www.dallasnews.com/entertainment/restaurantweek/ - broken link)

Restaurant "week", with three-course, $35 meals (some offer extra courses), actually runs from middle of August until September at some restaurants.

I think I've made seven reservations!
