Are there any builders in Dallas (Looking specifically in NE area, Garland, Rockwell, etc.) that do trade-ins on houses.
We have a nice house in Phoenix, AZ (4bed/2.5 bath, inground pool, 2300 sq ft) that isn't moving thanks to the terrible market here. Renting the house out is not an option. I have a nice job offer in Garland and we're looking to purchase in the 300k-350k range. We'd go the new build route if one of the builders we're to pick ours up. I really don't my wife sitting in our house for a year by herself while the place sits on the market.
Anyone know of a builder who can do this? Perhaps a realtor?
