Hey I can be of no help what-so-ever....but, you have impressed me. You seem very mature, forthcoming, and very professional. You are by no means an average 21 y/o. Have you thought of applying as a "front office" person in say a doctors office or maybe hospitals as receptionist or ward clerk. Just thought it might be an area that you have over looked. I managed and worked in doctors offices both front and back office and most physicians are willing to hire someone that is personable and professional in manner, speech, and appearance. Any medical knowledge is easily picked up along the way, such as terminology etc....Hey who knows.....Best of luck to you, as you most likely know it will take a lot of perseverance on your part. You have my vote
