My kids love pina colada smoothies minus the alcohol:
1/2 to 1 can of Coco Lopez
1 short can of pineapple with juice (chunks, crushed, fresh, whatever)
~3/4+ blender full ice
2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream to taste
1 heaping tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
Blend well

You may need to experiment with a few batches and tweak to your liking (it's not an exact science) - we know what the kids like so can pretty much eyeball it by now. You can also add a splash or two of milk or water if it ends up too thick for you.

I use frozen strawberries which you buy in big bags. I also will add about 7 equals or splendas to take away the tart taste. I also keep other frozen berries around and will throw in a handful to give it a unique taste (Blueberries work well)

I will admit in my college days, I never met a woman who didn't love a good strawberry daiquiri. That's where I learned to control how much alcohol to put in depending on the results I hoped to accomplish.

What kind of religion doesn't allow alcohol? Rough...If it doesn't say you can serve it, give em what they want, you only live once.

Some people, religious or not, prefer not to indulge in alcoholic beverages. It's a choice and a mighty good one at that.

Yeap. We don't consume alcohol, among other things, and I'm really glad that we don't.

If you'll google " "virgin" drink recipes", the first site on the list has over 700 recipes for non-alcoholic drinks. Some of them sound very tasty!

If non alcoholic adult drink equals not sweet (what else does "adult" beverage without alcohol mean?!), then I suggest club soda with grapefruit juice or tonic water.

Not sweet, bitter and children hate it.
