Commuting from 121 & DNT to Farmers Branch
Hi everyone,
I live in Plano near 121 and the tollway, and I might be getting a job in Farmers Branch soon. The commute would involve taking 121 down to 35, and 35 south to Valwood Pkwy.
I did a test drive a few days ago and it was actually pretty quick (and less painful than my current commute to Richardson), but does anybody know how bad traffic is on 121 and 35E during rush hour?
Thanks in advance for any tips.

35 between 121 and Valwood should take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on time of day.
