Default Home inspection for spec home

Can anyone recommend a home inspector for a spec home? The spec does not have drywall yet. Windows are in, roof is in, fireplace is in, some wiring is in and only the master tub is in. Has anyone used Aaron's Home Inspections (http://www.aaronsinspections.com)? (broken link)

After the inspection, how difficult will it be to get the builder to fix the inspector's findings?

This is a great site!
Thanks.
