It's so silly to complain about the temperatures dipping down for a few days when you know it's only going to go back up in a few days.

This weather is wreaking havoc on my sinuses. I can't wait for warmer temps.

True.....but I'll be honest, when the temps hit 90+ I'll be bitchin all summer long about the heat and that is something that is normal in the area. Oy....not looking forward to getting heat stroke again. Maybe I should rethink this whole outdoorsy/healthy lifestyle

Man, I was so enjoying that nice warm spell we were having... I was out on my trusty Huffy pumping out over a dozen miles a day. The last few days, no riding for me. The cold air pierces even my gloves as I grip the handlebars.

As for my weather preferences, I actually have several kinds of weather I like:

* Hot, humid summer days with partly cloudy skies and scattered late morning/afternoon showers and storms
* Mild (60s-70s) cloudy/misty days
* Anything having to do with severe thunderstorms

I consider Dallas to have a good amount of all three of those, plus a lot more variety for the weather geek in me. Now here is looking forward to the end of the cold streak, today's 70s, and lots more warm days to come. I shall be out on my bike again, traversing the trails and roads of Richardson and North Dallas.

Last night's RBM ride was a bit chilly.
