Looking for Opinions on Moore Farms in Carrollton.

Not looking to buy Grand homes there. But heard Grand being present there by itself could be detrimental to the community, particularly as it ages.

How are the schools there?

Apperance wise I think this sub division is very classy. I can't imagine they will ever be a detriment (sp) to that area for resale value. From what I have seen they are stone and brick homes. They appear to be well maintained and I honestly feel situated in a prime area. Close to two major hospitals, in between Vista Ridge Mall and Willow Bend Mall, and close to several major churches such as Prestonwood Baptist and First United Methodist Church.
This neighborhood is situated on Hebron and can be easily reached by 121 tollway.

You have me wondering what the school district is for Moore Farms. I think, maybe, Lewisville ISD. My memory is not recalling the name of the school I think the elementary students attend, but I have a friend in my district whose children attend the school. She is quite pleased with the school.

Thanks for the info. Polser Elementary serves the Moore Farms community and is rated "Recognized". My realtor said that the Castle hills Elementary is a step above Polser.

I have seen a lot of posts with negatives on Carrolton. Is this city that bad?
