I personally do not have a problem paying for school taxes, because I see it as investment for the community. You educate and provide opportunities for the children now, and they will bring that back around in the future. At least this is the way I see it.

Costbean.....My wife and I moved in October of 2006 from Miami and it was the best move we made. We had a condo in Miami Lakes and really couldnt afford the kind of house in the kind of neighborhood we wanted. What people dont understand when they ask me "omg, Miami is a paradise. Why did you move here?" is that most 3/2 no garage in Miami are around 300k. So it would be like buying a 3/2, 1500sqft in a oak cliff type neighborhood for 300k.

I had a friend in Miami who had family in frisco. I live in Mckinney which is east of frisco and north of Allen.....

Everything is different here but for the better. They even have a cuban resturaunt in frisco that is really good.

Email me with any questions you have. I will be glad to help you with anything I can as I was helped by my friend's family when I moved.
