Does anyone know how long the commute is from McKinney to Irving via Dallas Tollway or 121? Also how much is the tollway each way? We really like the McKinney area but are concerned about my husband's commute to the Irving area everyday (GB/MacArthur).

Page 3 is for 121 which is the Tollroad you'd take from McKinney to Irving. It's about $6.50/day round-trip from Lake Forrest in McKinney to MacArthur, the main business district in Las Colinas/Irving.

Not that you asked, but it's also about a 60 minute drive each way in rush hour. It's also about 15,500 miles per year on your car so be sure to account for the more frequent fill-ups, tires, and like changes/ maintenance with a 60-mile daily drive.
