Hey, I've finally got my green card, social and all that, so next up is a drivers license.

Funnily enough, after 7 years of driving, I still have to go through the whole deal, with the tests and such.

So how hard is the theory? I've looked through the pamphlet and other than you guys having far too many signs, it's pretty much the same and generally pretty straight forward.

What I'm worried about is how many questions regarding stopping distance etc there'll be? I'm used to Meters, not Feet, and I'm horrible and memorizing and it'd be a pain in the backside to fail a theory test based on something like that.

So how hard is it?

I know I can drive, and I've driven for close to a year in total, just here in the US, so the practical isn't a problem.

Also, is it possible to get both of it done in one day?

Thanks

Its a little tricky but they give you a book that has the answers in it to study.

The only thing that'll be a pain in the backside is things that use different measures than I'm used to.

Is the test multiple choice or do you write answers?
