south Irving would not be someplace I would really seek out to rent

since there is no physical address (that I saw) it is difficult to determine what schools are served by the area--but in south Irving the south schools are not rated as high as those in the north section--
totally different demographics

From a google map with view from the ground, it appears the address is a through street of the double yellow stripe variety. Also, just south of the tracks and Irving Blvd which continues down into the west Dallas industrial ghetto. Having been the the driver's license office in Irving once, I don't think this is my preferred area.

The house in the photo appears brick, though that google search showed most homes there are not brick.

Those types of fourplexes are just over the size of a two car garage.
They may have a back door but that is your parking space and rear driveway
for the fourplexes. It appears to be close to the corner lot.
Not sure what your priorities are.
Did you do the drive by viewing, checking out the neighborhood and such items.
Stop in the driveway and get a feeling for the area, if you are comfortable for
a temporary move it may work. If its to close to the main road, don't like the neighborhood or something else; keep looking.

Question: Do you have a priority on your search?
Location (proximity to work), schools, safety, transportation budget, etc?

Utilize every avenue of information you can.
Some rentals can be found through craigslist, apartment finders services, realtors have information on rentals/condos/duplexes.

I think the OP just saw it on Craigs List--has not been in Irving and does not have any idea of what this area is like
