The hot spots are in Uptown or Knox-Henderson areas of Dallas. Addison is fine for Bennigans.

The biggest drawback to Addison, IMO, is the absurd traffic. While it probably has the highest per capita of bars and restaurants in Dallas, its layout isn't the most pedestrian friendly, so the thousands and thousands of daily visitors can be an annoyance on the roads. Uptown's drawback is that it is a giant magnet that attracts the highest number of douchbags per capita in the Dallas area. Every negative stereotype about Dallasites can be fully observed on McKinney Avenue. Henderson Avenue, like Greenville, Deep Ellum, and everything else east of 75, is pretty cool.

The biggest drawback to Addison, IMO, is the absurd traffic. While it probably has the highest per capita of bars and restaurants in Dallas, its layout isn't the most pedestrian friendly, so the thousands and thousands of daily visitors can be an annoyance on the roads. Uptown's drawback is that it is a giant magnet that attracts the highest number of douchbags per capita in the Dallas area. Every negative stereotype about Dallasites can be fully observed on McKinney Avenue. Henderson Avenue, like Greenville, Deep Ellum, and everything else east of 75, is pretty cool.
