Smile Moving to Dallas area from Midwest..need help

Well - I found this site about a week ago and its obvious so many of you love the Dallas area and are proud of your neighborhoods. I hope you can give me
some good advice about where to start looking. Here are the details...
Safe community-awesome public schools (have 3 elementary kids)-nice large home w/at least 1/2 to 1 acre with trees. Husband working in Frisco. Im a SAHM - housing range $500-650k. So far, Im looking at Allen, Fairview, Lucas and maybe Flower Mound?? im hoping to adjust to Texas because I love the midwest and its 4 seasons too. Thanks!

I just swapped roles with you, as we moved from Dallas to the midwest!

Have you not looked into Frisco or McKinney, since your husband will be working that way? The other areas that you mentioned are nice, too.

I'm more of a city girl, so I'm not as familiar with our suburbs. However, there are a ton of people on this board that will have great advice and input.

Good luck, and welcome to Texas. I miss it and can't wait to be back!
